How loot works in Hostile

We run Loot Council. Gear is not a reward for showing up. It is a weapon we assign where it kills bosses fastest. The council awards loot to maximize the guild’s progression: throughput on progression fights, attendance, preparation, and what the upgrade does for the raid. Not personal parses, seniority, or who whispers first. If that philosophy bothers you, stop here.
